1. INFORMATION FOR USERS

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Sierra Blanca Events Group SL is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations envisaged for the processing are:

• Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be sent by the DATA CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has entered into a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

• To carry out market research and statistical analysis.

• To process orders, requests, and respond to enquiries or any other type of request made by the USER via any of the contact methods made available on the CONTROLLER’s website.

• To send the online newsletter regarding news, offers and promotions relating to our business.

Why are we permitted to process your personal data?

• Because the processing is lawful under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

• With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.

• In the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: to carry out market research, statistical analysis, etc., and to process orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

It will be retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or where there are legal requirements dictating its retention; once it is no longer necessary for these purposes, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation of the data or its complete destruction.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is envisaged, except where necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our communications service providers, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

• The rights to which the USER is entitled are:

• The right to withdraw consent at any time.

• The right to access, rectify, transfer and erase your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.

• The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to respond to their request, whilst the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to notify the CONTROLLER of any changes thereto.

The CONTROLLER informs you that all data requested via the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. Should not all data be provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of current data protection legislation, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and is clearly adhering to the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, according to which such data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the necessary information to enable them to exercise these rights.
