The people
Your companions run too
We know the essential role a friend, a partner, a family member or your support crew plays. They matter just as much, and they're one of the four pillars of any mountain race.
Following a runner isn't easy: they cover the same kilometres in their mind and by car, timing splits, tracking down vantage points and giving everything to be there exactly when it's needed most.
That's why we do everything we can so that, on the day, companions have the most comfortable experience possible, always knowing where and how they can see their runners along the course.
And when the strength runs out, we think of them too. A hot meal, a soft drink, a cold beer or a strong coffee is all it takes to recover. That's what companion tickets are for, available for every category — they're purchased when the runner registers, not on this page.
Don't leave it for the last minute. Make sure you share that lunch or dinner with whoever has been waiting for you all day.
