Prices increase in tiers as places fill up for each race. All fees include cancellation or postponement insurance.

Gear
Mandatory gear
Suitable gear for mountain competition is mandatory. Random checks are carried out on course and at the finish.
- ¾-length leggings — must cover below the knee (may be carried in the pack).
- Long-sleeved windproof jacket. If it has no hood, a cap or bandana is mandatory.
- Thermal blanket — minimum size 1.20 × 2.10 m.
- Hydration system — minimum capacity of 1 litre.
- Additional 500 ml bottle — mandatory only for Epic Trail.
- Reusable or collapsible cup — mandatory at all aid stations; disposable cups will not be provided.
- Headlamp and rear red light, with spare batteries, mandatory on night sections.
- GPS or sports watch with the event's official track pre-loaded.
- Mobile phone fully charged, operational, with the SOSfy Help app installed and activated.
- Emergency whistle — accessible throughout the race.
- Official bib — must remain visible at all times.
Epic Trail
Entry requirements
Epic Trail is the flagship race, reserved for athletes with the experience and proper preparation to take on highly demanding routes. To register, it's advisable to have previously completed ultra-distance races with similar elevation gain and difficulty, or to have taken part in Destroyer before.
Health
Medical protocol
- Each participant must carry and administer their own medication during the competition.
- Aid stations have Reflex or similar available for self-application (outside the aid station itself), and feminine hygiene options for female participants.
- Reflex must be returned to aid station staff after use.
- Volunteer staff cannot administer medication or therapeutic products.

Can someone else pick up my bib on my behalf?
Yes. The authorised person must present a signed authorisation from you, together with your QR code or a copy of your ID document. The bib pickup authorisation form is available to download further up, under "Official documents".
How much does it cost to register for Marbella Epic Trail, Destroyer and Tragapiedras?
Epic Trail costs €125 (up to 252 places) or €135 on the waiting list. Destroyer ranges from €60-65 up to €70-75 depending on the pricing tier, with the waiting list at €75-80. Tragapiedras ranges from €50-55 up to €60-65 depending on the tier, with the waiting list at €65-70. All fees include cancellation or postponement insurance.
What age categories does the race have?
Absolute (21 or older), Junior — Tragapiedras only — (19-20), Promising (21-23), Senior (24-39), Veterans A (40-49), Veterans B (50-59) and Veterans C (60 or older), plus an Inclusive/Local category. Trophies are not cumulative: the absolute podium takes priority over any age category.
